Shipping policy

All orders placed through khaosgraphix.myshopify.com ship from Sault Ste. Marie, ON.

• Custom orders are shipped within 3–8 business days after you approve the final design.

• Non-custom orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.
If your order is delayed or canceled for any reason, you’ll be notified via email with either a Shipping Update or Cancelled Order Notification, including instructions on the next steps.
